We do. We advertise your property on major booking channels, handle guest communications, and coordinate cleanings and maintenance between stays. Our local handypeople address routine issues, and we can assist with licensed contractors for larger projects.
How does the money work?
Our management fee is 25% of the nightly rental rate. Cleanings are paid by the guest and passed through to the cleaning company. Owners cover utilities and maintenance. We use dynamic pricing based on market conditions to help maximize monthly income.
