Our Story
Steve and Sue Alschuler met in Albuquerque, New Mexico where they started a family and embraced an athletic lifestyle filled with outdoor activities such as cycling and running. In 2018, at the request of their children Jessica and Joshua, they moved from Albuquerque to Denver, Colorado. Seeking a warm winter getaway with year‑round outdoor opportunities just a short flight from Denver, they chose Tucson, Arizona. They purchased a second home and turned it into a short‑term rental to help offset ownership costs. The home proved so successful that Steve and Sue began helping others acquire vacation rental properties and now manage those properties on their behalf.
